The hiring process started with an exam that requires moderate knowledge about any programming language and SQL. Once that is completed, an interview with the recruiter occurs. If one passes the exam, a couple of tech interviews with the team lead and tech manager will be arranged; pass these two interviews, and a job offer will be made. Netsuite does a good job at informing you as early as possible if you will be qualified to take the next set of interviews, and/or if they will give you a job offer. It took me a week to go from job application to contract signing.
