Multiple rounds including an assessment. Hiring manager seemed very nitpicky about certain aspects of the job. The main issue was communication. This company strung me along, stalling for a month with no communication but promise of updates. Only to send a generic rejection. Then they reach out again with yet another interview (not clarified exactly what it was for) before sending yet another generic, impersonal rejection.
Overall, disorganized and wasted my time.

Entretien
Spoke initially with a recruiter from the organization for around 45 minutes, which went pretty well. Then, I was requested to do a take-home exam that basically outlined a Communications plan for one of their campaigns. In the beginning, the organization was super responsive and courteous. Once I sent over the take-home exam, I didn't hear back at all (after multiple follow-ups and all). After doing a lengthy take-home exam, I find it very unprofessional to not get any response whether that be a rejection or not. Don't waste your time.
