Everything about the process was great until they canceled the position which thereby ended my application. But this was in 2021 so during peak covid and understandable organizational issues. They had me find solutions to potential costumer issues which allowed me to show my skill and creativity as well as costumer communication skills. I was really happy with the process just to get to know myself better.
