Starting with a written test which is 30 minutes. For the next technical round it take 3-4 hours of waiting. HR were very rude and behaving like school principle. No respect they were showing to candidates. The person who took my technical round was only looking for bookish definition and words. No personal interaction, no eye contact. Just asking for DML, RCIT, BDD. Full form of REST, SOAPUI. I think RBS is looking for machines who can mug up terms and definitions.
