The application procedure has changed a lot since I applied. At that time, it was rather quick. Most care was taken to find an applicant with which there was a click with key managers. i did a preliminary then follow up video interview. they were unclear about my job history and just ghosted me after the interviews, no response to any emails. no common courtesy.
