Poor communication from HR organising it. Two technical interviews without notice. 9+ panelists of senior tech leads/ engineers over zoom. Not a good experience. Made it to final round and then flunked it.

My first Interview was approximately about 20 minutes, where she just asked about my projects, my interests and about my tech stack knowledge. Also like what difficulties I faced while doing a certain projects, How did i handle it and all that.

Question 1
What tech stack did you use for your project and what difficulties did you face?
HR video interview. Asked about online test and visa status, and work experience. Didn't ask technical or behavioural questions. And said will send it to tech leader for review. I got reject after a few weeks.
Asked a few questions about favourite field of computer science, Asking about projects and previous experiences. The interviewer was nice but didn't hear back after the interview. An email notice would've been nice.
