Applied through a campus career fail and completed a set of questions. The recruiter didn't seem too impressed as I presented to him my answer, so I was surprised to get a first round phone interview 4 weeks after. The interview was very short, and the interviewer asked me only one question and built upon the question as I answered. I was contacted a week later about a second round phone interview, and still waiting to see how that will go.
