Incredible sexist attitude. Three men interviewing a woman and even though I obviously had more knowledge than them in certain areas, the fact that they had no idea about the technologies I used and they certainly (especially one of the three) felt inferior so much that they got more skeptical about hiring me because I wouldn't fit with them.
