First there is a virtual interview where the interviewee answers a few questions. After that, if selected, there are virtual P2P interviews to determine role aptitude and alignment. The number of P2P interviews may vary depending on status of the role.

Online with easy questions. Two attempts per question it was super simple. You take a video answering the questions. Very customer service based questions. Took a while to hear back but after the online interviews there are no further interviews.

Applied online, took a test only about 30 min long, got an online video interview, and the interview is recorded at home its really simple and straight forward questions. Surprisingly don't ask many questions about nike and shoes despite why you'd be a good fit for the company and currently waiting to hear back. (will update upon the response).
