Had a 10 minute phone call where he asked my experience and if I have any personal connection to nike, why I wanted to work there etc. Then got invited to a group interview where we got put into 3 groups and had to partake in two 8-minute group activities like styling an outfit and designing a product - both presenting them at the end infront of everyone. then finally had 1-to-1 interviews at the end where they asked what your fav nike product is, what you've done in the last year that you're proud of, what does nike mean to you etc.

online, friendly, casual set up, asked about favourite sports person. strengths and weaknesses. asked about how to deal with customers. previous experiences that i have gone out of my way to help a customer.
