Met with a campus recruiter and set up an interview the next day. It was a single 45 minutes interview with 3 Nike employees, 2 technical employees and 1 person from HR. No technical questions, only questions to get a sense of personality traits.

I had a campus interview that was entirely behavior with no technical questions. I had two interviewers, one was a developer and one was a hiring manager. They were both really nice and easy to talk to.
