It was a very laid back group interview. My interviewer had been working for the company since he was a teen and was very knowledgeable and upbeat. He made sure he was acquitanted with everyone and made each person feel comfortable. We did an exercise where we were to go from store to store inside the mall and test their workers customer service. He told us to look for warm greetings, willingness to help, and if they said thank you. Once we returned we reported our findings and he just explained to us what sets Nike apart from other competitors.

La entrevista fue desde el primer momento un proceso dinámico, en el que se centraban los entrevistadores en aspectos como resolución de conflictos, trabajo en equipo, y opiniones que tengamos respecto a la marca.
Online with easy questions. Two attempts per question it was super simple. You take a video answering the questions. Very customer service based questions. Took a while to hear back but after the online interviews there are no further interviews.

Applied online, took a test only about 30 min long, got an online video interview, and the interview is recorded at home its really simple and straight forward questions. Surprisingly don't ask many questions about nike and shoes despite why you'd be a good fit for the company and currently waiting to hear back. (will update upon the response).
