      Online job application is filled out, then HR contacts you if they see a potential job opportunity. Then the manager of the job postition contact you and sets up a phone interview. If the phone interview is successful, proceed to a panel interview consisting of 3 managers via face to face and conference phone. Then you are contacted with job offer or denial.

      I recently went through the interview process for the Area Manager position at Nike Inc Distribution Center, and it was quite thorough and insightful. Resume and Application Review: The process started with a detailed review of my resume and application. They were keen on understanding my background, education, and work experience to see how well it aligned with the requirements of the role. Phone Screening: Following the initial review, I had a phone screening where they asked about my motivation for applying and discussed my past experiences. It was an opportunity for me to highlight my leadership skills and share my understanding of distribution center operations. Behavioral Interview: I then had an in-person behavioral interview where they delved into my past experiences using situational and behavioral questions. They were interested in understanding how I handle challenges, lead teams, and contribute to a positive work environment. Operational Knowledge Assessment: One interesting part was the operational knowledge assessment. They tested my knowledge of distribution center operations, focusing on aspects like inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse safety. It was a great way to assess my practical understanding of the role. Role-specific Scenario Analysis: Another part of the process involved discussing hypothetical scenarios specific to the role of an Area Manager at Nike Inc. This allowed me to showcase my problem-solving skills and decision-making process in a distribution center context. Cultural Fit Assessment: They placed a significant emphasis on cultural fit, asking questions to gauge how well I aligned with Nike's values and culture. It was important for them to ensure that I shared their commitment to innovation, teamwork, and excellence. Reference Check: After the interviews, they conducted a thorough reference check with my previous employers. This step was crucial in validating my work history, leadership skills, and overall suitability for the position. Final Interview with Leadership: The final interview involved meeting with higher-level management or executives. This provided an opportunity to discuss how my skills and vision aligned with Nike's overall strategy and goals. Offer and Negotiation: Following a successful process, they extended a job offer that included details about compensation, benefits, and other terms. We engaged in a negotiation process to ensure a mutually beneficial arrangement. Onboarding: Once I accepted the offer, the onboarding process commenced. This involved familiarizing me with company policies, procedures, and expectations to ensure a smooth transition into the role. Overall, the process was comprehensive, giving me confidence in Nike's commitment to finding the right fit for the Area Manager position. It allowed me to showcase my skills and experience while also understanding the company's values and expectations.

      Two panel interview only five Questions split between the two panels. 30 minutes it between each interview. Very simple situation questions, and only a few non scripted questions. Have 4-5 of your best situational experiences and it will be a breeze
