I applied online and was called for a quick interview over the phone. After the interview, they asked me to come in for a in-person group interview. There was about 4 or 5 of us and we all ended up getting offered the position. We all were college athletes so we each discussed our previous athletic experiences. The interview was VERY laid back and actually pretty fun.

They asked "Name a time where you exemplified leadership?" "Name a time where you handled a situation with poise?" Things like that. A lot of them had to do with athletics or leadership

La entrevista fue desde el primer momento un proceso dinámico, en el que se centraban los entrevistadores en aspectos como resolución de conflictos, trabajo en equipo, y opiniones que tengamos respecto a la marca.
Online with easy questions. Two attempts per question it was super simple. You take a video answering the questions. Very customer service based questions. Took a while to hear back but after the online interviews there are no further interviews.

Applied online, took a test only about 30 min long, got an online video interview, and the interview is recorded at home its really simple and straight forward questions. Surprisingly don't ask many questions about nike and shoes despite why you'd be a good fit for the company and currently waiting to hear back. (will update upon the response).
