I applied online, received a phone interview by the next day. Had the interview the same week. Also it was a group interview with 5 other people. They jump around while asking the differnet questions. I'm not really a fan of groupe interviews

What sports do you play? What is your fav. Nike product? What is good customer service to you? Name a time where you to learn how to do something that was difficult?
How are you a team player. That’s a huge statement of the company and what it stands for, but also what they look for in their employees. It’s about going the extra mile for your team for the bigger goal. You take the team aspect from sports and practice it in this company.
applied online on the Nike website and was contacted within a week to sort out an appropriate time for an interview, then had a zoom interview, process was relatively quick and found out within 2 days that I had got the job.

Entretien
Its done in a group setting. Make sure you take lead on answering the question and have a time where you go last. Listen to the question and if you confused ask them to repeat it or explain it better. relax and crack a joke. its all about who you are and what you can bring to the table.
