The interview featured multiple group interviews. This first started off with interviews with local recruiters. And then at the final stages, the group interviews were with Nike Execs. We were given a range of tasks to complete in groups, or pairs during the early stages, and had to present to the other groups our insights

La entrevista grupal constó de 6 personas. Comenzamos con una actividad de papiroflexia para evaluar el trabajo en equipo mientras nos presentábamos y compartíamos nuestras cualidades. Después respondimos preguntas sobre resolución de problemas en tienda con alto volumen de clientes y capacidad de organización.

It was very straight forward, the whole interview was recording your questions to answers and you had two tries for each question. All the questions were technical and didn't ask about past experiences.
