Emails with talent recruiter. 2 interviews 3 week process. Job offer was a level under current work job and required to be onsite 3 days per week. Overall very good communication and straight forward.

I had 4 Rounds of Interview. All 4 Rounds were good and smooth. They tried understanding my expertise in Sourcing and Stakeholder management.
The Interview process was faster and clear. They explained the role well

Entretien
First call with the Recruiter was great. A personable and informative conversation with someone genuinely interested in getting to know my experience and background. The second interview with the Hiring Manager was really disappointing. They were distracted throughout the call and couldn't be bothered to ask genuine questions or share answers to any of my questions without resorting to cookie-cutter company talking points.
