I had the chance to interview with Design Manager for Engineer Role in Nike Vietnam. The process took about 45 minutes to 1 hour. And mostly likely the interview was just one way conversation: the interview asked and I replied.

Typical STAR type interview. Nothing hard, but I opted not to accepting the offer. The questions were direct and vague, there was a lot of opportunity to explain my thougths and the meeting was nice. There was not Human resource involved on the interview

Really fun and informative. From start to finish I felt comfortable and at ease. The questions were more about how I see myself in the role and how I can grow.

Quick, but impersonal. Submitted application, had a virtual self interview with hire vue and decision the same week. Never interacted with a person. It feels a little disappointing, but if this makes the decision process quicker, I’d rather know that then moving forward. I will probably not apply again.
