Entretien
The interview process is really simple and easy. You first apply online with a not too long application that asks various questions about your passion for sports, availability and random questions about sales and customer service. Soon after you will be contacted via email about a phone interview with a member of the talent acquisition team. This interview is more about your actual experiences in customer service and sports. If they like what you say, you will be invited to a group interview. The group interview asks 3-4 competency based questions in which you need to be very specific. Your passion for Nike and sports needs to be displayed here. After the group interview, if you're selected to move on you will receive an email about the background check. Complete the forms for the background and if you pass, you will be contacted with an offer and set up for training days aka a Rookie Camp.

Fairly easy. Interview is on zoom. They gave me three or four questions and they were mostly about working as a team. My interview had three people in it so make sure you go prepare for it.
