I would say it was a fairly average interview process. There were a couple of behavioral questions. An emphasis is definitely placed on the customer service aspect of things, dealing with situations with customers and products etc.

Entretien
I did a HireVue virtual interview where I was asked 3 recorded video questions and 1 written. After I waiting 1 week I got an email to move on to the next step, and to schedule 2 sets of interview via Zoom with about 3 different leaders within the org. I then waited almost 2 weeks for a call, where I was given the offer.
