Applied online and then invited to a phone interview and then a group interview. The interview had a group of about 25 where we were split into groups for a case study and had to present to the rest of the people.

Applied online through seek and was invited to do a video interview. Then proceeded to a group interview with approx 20 candidates. this involved general team building games and a one-on-one interview with the manager.

Entretien
Very relaxed interview, the manager and i just had a chat, wanting to know more about me and if i suited a team-oriented workplace. I had to go through 2 one on one interviews, however the setting and questions were still quite similar. Most questions of the interview were personality and experience based, they wanted to see if my delivery was confident and on point. I was offered the job on the spot.
