I was referred for this job, so my experience may be slightly different. I had initial email communication to tell the hiring manager a little about myself and my background. Shortly after that I was invited for an on-site interview. The interview was a group interview with at least ten other people.

applied online on the Nike website and was contacted within a week to sort out an appropriate time for an interview, then had a zoom interview, process was relatively quick and found out within 2 days that I had got the job.

Its done in a group setting. Make sure you take lead on answering the question and have a time where you go last. Listen to the question and if you confused ask them to repeat it or explain it better. relax and crack a joke. its all about who you are and what you can bring to the table.
