HR interview by telephone, then assignment of a business case to be solved within few days. The business case was on excel and was fairly easy to solve; it just needed some organization. I was successfull at these first 2 steps and I was invited to attend a final Skype interview which unfortunately I was forced to cancel.
Very informative and straightforward. Human resources was easy to work with, answered all my questions, and made the entire process clear and transparent from start to finish. Their professionalism made what could have been a stressful process feel seamless."
Submitted resume and cover letter then got a hireview, importance on why Nike and draw to company and oregon. Next round is virtual and then go for a live day.

I got a HireVue interview, but I waited for 2 months and was rejected. But I got the manager, and the hiring people saw my LinkedIn profile. I know that doesn't mean anything.
