Was contacted through my university's job board without applying through Nike. My interview was over the phone due to school closer, and was very relaxed. I thought I made a strong connection with the interviewer, but they did not select me for a second round interview.

Nothing was too unexpected, mostly behavioral questions.
Very informative and straightforward. Human resources was easy to work with, answered all my questions, and made the entire process clear and transparent from start to finish. Their professionalism made what could have been a stressful process feel seamless."
Submitted resume and cover letter then got a hireview, importance on why Nike and draw to company and oregon. Next round is virtual and then go for a live day.
