I was contacted by a HR recruiter encouraging me to apply for the position, which I did online. After about 2-3 weeks, I was contacted again for a phone interview. Then, after another 2 weeks I was emailed saying I had moved on to the panel round. My panel consisted of 4 people, one of which was the hiring manager, and one who I would be working directly with.

Tell me about a time that you had to relay information back to someone that you were unclear on
large panel interview in conference room. Multiple people in each interview with multiple rounds. Took awhile for them to make a decision. This interview was from many years ago. The line of questioning was very corporate feeling... a lot of, "tell me a time when" types.

The first step is a 30min phone screening conducted by HR, which they provide insight on the role and asked about my background and why I wanted to work for them, salary expectation, etc.

Entretien
It was just a phone interview with the recruiter. She asked questions about my education and experience, nothing unexpected. She also described the position and the department, as well as the interview process, which was helpful.
