Initial phone call with a recruiter, then emails with another recruiter to work on scheduling an interview with hiring manager. I sent my availability to him and didnt hear anything back for several days until I sent a follow up email. He immediately sent out an invite with a date and time, which I confirmed. The evening before the interview was scheduled (getting into the late hours of the evening past 8PM) I get a random phone call from him asking if I can reschedule without giving a good reason why. After phone interview with the hiring manager I was told Id hear back sometime that week or next. 1 week later I followed up and got no reply. 1 week after that I followed up again to no reply. Its been about a month since then with still no reply. There's a pretty clear trend judging from other interviews mentioned here that Nike doesn't care to follow up with their candidates. At this point I'm assuming I didn't make it through, but it would be great if some kind of effort was made to followup. Disappointed with overall process and obvious lack of care from recruiters/hiring staff.
