Applied online. Took the online recorded interview within 3 working days (questions were easy to answer).
Received a call from the recruiter one week later and got confirmed a second interview 5 days later.

I also had interviews at Converse at the same time. The process for Converse was phone screen, second interview, and third interview. NIKE Inc knew I was in the final round at Converse so I went straight from phone screen to final round for the NIKE internship interview, which consisted of two 45 minute interviews, one behavioural based and one case study questions.

Entretien
Had two phone screens about a week apart, then flew in to Portland for a full talent day. Generally was less technical than I expected, they cared a lot about how you thought and your leadership experience.
