I applied on a Sunday(7/30/17) and got a call the next day (5 minute phone interview) asking the simple questions like Why Nike? Where did you hear about this opportunity? and set up an in-person interview for Wednesday. Got to the store about 30 minutes before and waited for about 10 minutes before the HM brought me up. I thought it was a group interview but it was a one-on-one surprisingly. The HM was very respectful and kind with addressing and explaining the questions regarding customer service and Nike's team qualities. At the end I did an availability form. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. I was the first of about 5 or 6 interviews from Wednesday-Friday. The HM said that I would be emailed or called weather I got the job or not and it would take about a week. It's Monday(8/7/17) and haven't received anything yet.
Very easy interview process. Just an online interview and I was contacted by phone call a couple weeks later. They extended me an offer and asked me to come in for training.

La entrevista fue desde el primer momento un proceso dinámico, en el que se centraban los entrevistadores en aspectos como resolución de conflictos, trabajo en equipo, y opiniones que tengamos respecto a la marca.
Online with easy questions. Two attempts per question it was super simple. You take a video answering the questions. Very customer service based questions. Took a while to hear back but after the online interviews there are no further interviews.
