J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez NIKE (Beaverton, OR) en nov. 2014
Entretien
I submitted my application through campus recruiting. There was a requirement to submit a self introduction video but I didn't submit and still got an interview. For the first round, I had 2 interviews, one with a Finance Director and one with a recruiter. I received the news a week later that I was passed to the second round - 3 interviews on campus. The decision came after 2 or 3 days.
The interviews were relatively easy and mainly focused on behavioral questions. They were looking for people with 5-7 years of Finance experience and a strong fit with NIKE culture. The key is to demonstration passion for NIKE brand and products as well as strong team work skills.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
There was no challenging questions.
Fit questions:
- Why NIKE?
- Why Portland?
- What is your favorite NIKE product?
Typical behavioral questions such as:
- Tell me about a time when you faced with a challenging situation and how did you overcome, etc.
- Tell me about a time when you lead a team
- Tell me about a time when you resolve a conflict
- Etc.
Great experience- very respectful and patience and clear questioning method. They were very interested in leaning about me and my experiences.I Was also impressed by the friendliness of those i met
Recruiter screen, then the director hiring for the position, then a series of 3 interviews with a manager, a director, and a VP.
The interviews were pretty much what you’d expect — lots of behavioral questions and digging into experience to see how the fit would be with the job requirements.
