One test that depends on the position you apply, for a functional postion it's a fnancial test, for developer or technical consultant it's a computer science test.
Then depending on the test results, I had 3 interviews with human resources then with my operational manager finally with career manager

First one was functional and included some basic finance questions and a case study.
The second one was more questions about how would you react in certain circumstances.
