1st round is apps... quantz,logical,verbal,tech.. like 25 r so... they tend to eliminate most of the candidates here itslef. like around 75% above cut off in each section.. in ma college like 400 attended and like 10 r so made it this round... after 3 weeks 2nd& 3rd round happened .. 2nd was tech & hr.. it was kinda of easy .. just like tell me about urself and stuffs like tat from ma resume... they check ur communication skills here .. u can clear this round easily unless u screw it urself ... 3rd and final was some telephonic test.... u'd be given a paper with certain setions over der.. u should interact with some recorded speech.... u should secure some 52 or 62% in tat test.. if u have good listening and speaking skills ud make through easily... i din accept offer coz of 2yr bond... and package was bit low like 15k for 6months training.. and 20k frm 7th month.
