HR in videochiamata per un 1 colloquio conoscitivo, mi ha chiesto di raccontare le mie esperienze, prendeva appunti e non mi ha fatto domande. Ha chiuso la chiamata dicendomi che mi avrebbero contattato 3 giorni dopo sia in caso di esito positivo sia in caso di esito negativo. NON HO RICEVUTO MAI NESSUNA CHIAMATA/EMAIL. Penso che sia una grandissima maleducazione e mancanza di rispetto. Più che altro se già sai che non chiamerai non dirlo perché una aspetta inutilmente e magari rifiuta pure altri colloqui o non ne fa tantissimi pensando che ci sia sempre questo in forse.

The interview was pretty good. It was a first interview with HR and it felt more like a conversation than an interview, I felt extremely comfortable. The HR asked me about my availability to relocate, my interest in the position, and about my experience and education. After that, HR told me they would be in touch next week. * Result: no response. Even after telling me I was moving on to the second phase, there has been no response to schedule a second interview. The feeling I have is of internal disorganization that ends in continuous delays, and of proactivity and communication that they expect you to have and that is not reciprocal. It is disappointing and even sad that a company with so much heritage and history responds in such an unprofessional manner.
