I was called into my first interview, and no one was aware that i was scheduled for an interview. HR was out of the office. I was still interviewed by staff. For the first interview I got an email saying I was not hired. A couple of weeks later I was called in again for the same position to go through the interview process. HR was in that day but didn't know what was going on. The staff that interviewed me told HR that I was already interviewed by her and that I just need to get interviewed by the director. At that point they said I got the job and they just needed to do processing. I got my offer email and submitted my background check. That's when they called me that I had to come for my second interview on Friday, which would have been the third time to be interviewed for that position. Got there Friday morning for my third interview and HR was not in the office and I was told by the staff member that interviewed me the first time that they weren't hiring and they would call me if they were.

It took me 3 weeks to get hired on. I interviewed with two managers. They don't seem to care too much about experience. They seem only to want to know if you can work the hours and are friendly/reliable.They want to know if you have reliable transportation and experience dealing with people.
