First there is a virtual "interview" with prompts that show up and you have up to one minute to answer. You can redo your answers as many times as necessary before submitting. Then I was brought in for a 30-minute in-person interview that asked about past jobs and ability to perform current job tasks.

An option of a video interview process was available, which allowed my in-person interview, to be an acceptance of hire. You answer three questions and are given many tries to record your response before submitting.
