The interview process started with a call from the recruiter. After a friendly and extensive conversation with the recruiter, he told me that he would forward my contact information to his "Director." The Director called me the next day and set up an in-person interview, 36 hours later. The interview was interesting and thorough. I also received a tour of the facility and met many of the associates. It was time well spent. The recruiter called me within 24 hours with an offer of employment.

Intense at times. Was interviewed by the Director and Executive Chef at the same time. The interview lasted close to an hour. They were very prepared for the interview. They made sure that they got exactly who they were looking for in that position.

I waited a half hour for the interviewer. But once we went in the interview it was good. The person interviewing me was very informative and called me and told me I was hired by the time I got to my car.

You get a phone screen interview, then a 1:1 with manager of the dept., Then a panel/group, then a final with the client. Lengthy and nerve wracking but well worth the process. This interview process was the best interview opportunity I have experienced.
