The whole process felt very human at every stage. There was a lot of respect from both sides. I had one technical interview with a Data Scientist, after which I worked on a take-home exercise that I then presented. I also had a very fun culture interview with their People & Culture Manager.

First interview on a call to see if you fit the ethics of the company, followed by a test online without a time limit and then another interview to discuss the results of this test.

I just did the first interview. They did not have an open post yet. It was over all good. The interviewer talks about the company and the strategy of the team.
