Recruiter was super helpful, the hiring manager was great, and meeting the team was a good way to better understand the day-today work and challenges facing the organization. But they had me meet with more senior level leaders that didn't make sense... they weren't involved in the marketing division directly, but I think they were down a marketing VP... overall it lead to over a month of random and confusing interviews (9!) without an offer. Felt like a huge waste of my time despite the Hiring Manager and their Director telling me that I was their first choice and that they wanted to make me an offer. It just left me feeling like there is a leadership issue there.

Initial phone screening, panel interview, online psychometric testing, 2nd round interview. Really strong support from the internal TA, very knowledgeable on products and team dynamics. Panel interviews were very friendly, it was clear there is a strong team ethos

The role required several remote interviews -- roughly 5 rounds. It was nice to have the opportunity to meet with a diverse team and learn the different personalities that I would be working alongside. Great experience.
