The first interview was a call with the HR department, where they asked questions about my professional background. The second and final interview was conducted via Zoom with the hiring managers. I shared an overview of my experience, they provided details about the role, and we had a productive exchange of questions. The hiring managers were lovely, and I became very excited about the role. However, despite sending follow-up emails, I never heard back from either HR or the hiring managers (it’s been more than a month now), which I find quite disrespectful.
