Spoke with the hiring manager and 2 other Senior Principal Engineers on his team about the position. Described highlights of my resume and how I would be a great fit for the team. Talked about some of my hobbies outside of work and related them to the role for which I was being interviewed.

How would you approach developing a test system that would determine the impedance values between electrode contacts?
First, they will ask you for your personal information then will ask questions about metals and their characteristics, production processes as the passivation, knurling, laser marking.
You will have to be able to describe a project and explain the reason and the rationale for theatrical you chose and the dimensions you employed.

Entretien
I had a total of 8 interviews for this position. Two interviews with managers within R&D then 6 interviews with a various other engineers and managers within R&D. The process took about 1-1.5 months and interviews were generally about past experiences and contained many questions attempting to assess my behavior and personality.

Entretien
Very fair interview process. Initially a phone screening with different people and then a five interviews with different engineers. Good practice even though I did not receive the job. Will keep applying in the future.
