Initially recruited by Medtronic. Then an onsite interview with hiring manager and HR Director. Then six weeks of SILENCE. After multiple, reasonably timed, follow ups, was told of 400 candidates they are still uncertain what they are looking for. Massively unprofessional.

A mixture of behavior questions and conversation with several folks from senior management (a few levels above the one I was interviewing for). The answers were a bit open ended. They were looking for depth of thought rather than a specific response.

describe a bad interview in 30 words or less. sat waiting for hours. was asked questions from a sheet of paper. Same questions from each interviewer. i had a very long lunch with a team member which was enjoyab le.
