My interview with Sandra was via Zoom and about 30 minutes long during which she asked me to elaborate on prior professional experiences depicted in my resume insofar as responsibilities relevant to the qualifications for this job.

Several rounds. Just make sure to also send thank you notes to EVERYONE you meet with, and to whoever coordinated your interviews. Always mention something from the interview. Thank you notes are a big deal at Medtronic.

After being flat-out rejected for similar roles, I was asked for a phone interview with a low level Human Resources representative. I was then invited for an in person interview with hiring manager and her team.

Interviewed with HR than had a call back to interview with the team. Great experience but it was an all day affair. Like the variety of team members to get a better idea of what they were looking for.
