Interview 1 of 3 was a professional meet and greet. I met with the HR specialist first as I waited for the Manager and Field Sales Manager. They asked questions associated with my work experience. No behavioral questions were asked. I was also able to discuss many questions about the position. My interview was 2 weeks before Christmas. As they were short staffed and it was over the holiday's, interviewees are still awaiting a reply on who goes forward to the second set of interviews.
