Group interview/orientation for half hour. Individual interview for 10 minutes with 2-3 managers. Many people were late due to the weather. The tardiness was not an issue and had no impact on job offers

They asked questions about my background and several questions that were framed as "tell us about a time you did x,y,z". They are looking for how you identified the problem, what you did to solve it, and the outcome of the situation. You should go in with a few of these "stories" in mind.
