After phone interview, they scheduled a functional type of interview. Follow STAR format when answering their questions, really find clear and convincing examples that show your skills in problem solving, cost reduction and cross-functional abilities.
Main contact is with Talent Acquisition, had 2 rounds of interview before getting the offer. Talent acquisition is not local which makes the comms harder than it should have been

The manager assembled a team of trusted members of his direct reports and they screened me with questions relating to the position applied for. They asked for the name of the quality tools that apply to the position and for description of the method of use.

No crticral question.But wasn't hired for no reason. I think they have internal candidate. Hiring manager was so nice. He didn't asked me tough question. The job was also pritty simple.
