Entretien
It started with a phone interview, then I filled out a form, then I went in for a 5 hour interview with 7 different individuals that I would be working with. Medtronic has a "canned" interview guide with "canned" questions they ask you regarding how you operate and how you can fit into the organization. Some people follow the script, others don't.
The difficult part is having the fortitude to sit in one conference room for a 5 hour period. Each meeting with each individual (sometimes two at once) was about 45 minutes.

An engineer asked me about how a molded part is made after showing it to me. I had to guess where the gates were. He asked how a specific feature was made.

Started with a phone interview by HR, follow up by a second round of video interview, then with a third and fourth round of physical interview with the hiring manager

The first interview was a phone interview with the hiring manager. Then a second interview with the larger team and other functional leads who will be working with you directly.

It started with a word document form, then moved on to a phone interview, then the in-person interview was scheduled to take five hours. I went over on the five hours because I was having a good conversation with my now manager. They have interview question templates to ensure all candidates are treated equally during the interview process.
