Basic competency based interview with a member of HR, a Senior analyst and some Manager woman. Interview was fairly basic with questions relating to my CV. The manager woman had a serious attitude problem however and an overinflated view of the company.

Entretien
In person interview. About an hour long with just two people in the room. Asked only “tell me about a time when” questions and a few about my experience. But I had just graduated from college at the time so I didn’t have much experience.
Applied online, and was called by hiring manager. We went over my resume and future goals.After initial phone interview was contacted again and interviewed with manager. Went over the position and my leadership background. Lots of situational questions and to see how well I work in groups. Overall process took three months.
