Interview was online, with two interviewers. There was only one round of interviews. General questions on background and previous placement experience. Talked about the company and more specifics of the role.

Recruited from WE20 Conference for full-time positions. Step 1 was talking with recruiters at the conference, step 2 was a phone screen call, and step 3 was a 1:1 interview with an engineering manager. Additional steps may have progressed past that stage, but I did not make that cut.
