Phone screen then panel interview involving live technical test in R and talking with some managers, and finally the recruiter. While the interview itself went smoothly, my experience with the recruiter after the interview process was negative, as she came across as rude. I got the impression that the company lacks a good work-life balance and that employee morale is low.
