    Great to get foot into Pharma industry. Free Lunch. Flex hours.

    Inconvénients

    Management plays favorites. Any great talent leaves by year 2 across all departments Poor communication. Extremely hierarichal based on degree title even though perfomance is high.

    -the people are friendly -can flex your time throughout the week to have a half day on friday

    Inconvénients

    -never have enough work -managers are overworked so they don’t have time to train entry level employees or help with issues -don’t follow through on benefits promised to you during interview process (flexing throughout the day, promotion/pay raise at 6 month mark, etc.) -high turn over -really low pay

    Make sure to negotiate salary offers. They have a tendency to offer on the lower side which will impact your ability to earn as someone with a higher starting wage, due to the fact that their a limits on the amounts they will approve percentage increases. It is likely to take a few years to catch up to the same earnings as someone who came in a dollar or two higher. I’m

    Consider placing a higher value on people in career paths that do not compensate for additional education such as a masters degree through higher salary offers and higher promotional and merit raises. Provide containers for people with diabetes to place their needles, perhaps it’s easy to over look them because of the younger culture. Offer company outings that are gender neutral. If you provide golf outings first... survey the company to ensure both men and women are able to play and are interested. Also have a day to celebrate interesting days such as comic book day or any other random fun day on Friday’s. People have more interests than just sports. Another thing to consider is that at companies like mercy all employees have desks that can become standing desks. The quite zone with the standing desks lack the programs and desk supplies employees need to do productive work. If there’s no access to the same programs and files, or the Is no clear instructions on how to access them, people will continue to be detoured. Providing everyone with their own desk would alleviate confusion and offer a healthier way to work
