I had about a year and a half of CRA experience going in. Had an HR interview, then met with one manager, was asked to do a CRA assessment where you are given a protocol and supporting study documents on a subject and have to find the deviations and errors, after that timed assessment I had an additional interview with a different manager.

Short, 3 interviews total. Phone, big interview, then a final call. They were very prompt with scheduling and letting me know where I stand in the process. Good interview process.
